Walala is a decision-making entertainment app that provides tools including a spinning wheel, dice roller, coin flip, and finger roulette. The Service is provided for entertainment and casual decision-making purposes only.

2. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service on your Apple device. The free version includes basic features with ads. The Pro version, available as a one-time in-app purchase, unlocks all features and removes ads.

3. In-App Purchases

• Pro unlock: A one-time, non-consumable purchase that permanently unlocks all features and removes ads.
• Restoration: You can restore your Pro purchase on any device using the same Apple ID at no additional cost.
• Refunds: All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests should be directed to Apple's customer support.
• No subscription: Pro is a lifetime unlock with no recurring charges.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright or proprietary notices
• Use the Service to make decisions that could result in harm to yourself or others
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

5. User Content

• You are solely responsible for the content you create (templates, entries).
• You retain ownership of your content.
• We claim no ownership over your custom templates or entries.
• You ensure your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. The app uses random number generation for all decision tools. Results should not be used for serious or legally binding decisions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service.

8. Ads

• The free version displays ads served by Google AdMob.
• Purchasing Pro removes all ads permanently.
• We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service are owned by us or our licensors.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the app. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service if you violate these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
