Fake Wheel is a decision-making entertainment app that provides tools including a spinning wheel, dice roller, coin flip, and finger roulette. The Service is for entertainment and casual decision-making only. Features may change as we update the App.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Use.
The free version includes basic features with ads. Pro is available as a one-time in-app purchase that unlocks features and removes ads. Purchases are billed by Apple through your Apple ID. Refunds and billing management are handled under Apple’s policies unless required otherwise by law.
The free version may display ads served by Google AdMob. Purchasing Pro removes ads. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” The App uses random number generation for decision tools. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for the App or applicable in-app purchase.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or stop providing the App or features if required for legal, security, or operational reasons.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
