This Privacy Policy explains how Walala (“we,” “us”) handles information when you use the Fake Wheel mobile application (the “App”). Please also read our Children's Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

1. Overview

Fake Wheel is a decision-making entertainment app with a lucky wheel, dice, coin flip, and finger roulette. Your templates and history stay on your device unless you use optional features that involve Apple or advertising partners.

2. Information We Process

Template content, entries, and settings you create in the App
Local spin history and game history stored on your device
App preferences such as skins and sound settings
Purchase information processed by Apple StoreKit when you buy Pro (we do not collect or store your payment details)
Anonymous usage statistics and crash reports that may help improve the App
Device identifiers used for ad frequency capping (for non-Pro users) and analytics
Advertising data collected by Google AdMob when ads are shown to non-Pro users

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your custom templates for advertising.

3. Where Your Data Is Stored

By default, templates, spin history, game history, and settings are stored locally on your device. Pro entitlement is verified through Apple's StoreKit. If you use iCloud backup, related App data may be included under Apple's policies.

4. Sharing

Apple — for App Store distribution and in-app purchases
Google AdMob — for serving ads to non-Pro users
Service providers that help with analytics or crash reporting, under appropriate safeguards
When required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security

5. Security

We use reasonable platform measures to protect information on your device. No method of electronic storage is 100% secure. You can delete templates and history in the App or remove local data by uninstalling the App.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). See the Children's Privacy Policy.

7. Your Choices

Delete templates and history within the App
Purchase Pro to remove ads
Revoke permissions in iOS Settings where applicable
Uninstall the App to remove local data

8. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date above will be revised when changes are published.
